Most women can never have a enough of them, and just when you think they do, another masterful piece of art catches the eye of an admirer out for a stroll on the high street of shopping in any cosmopolitan city. The endless designs, the bright shiny colours, the fabrics, the skins, the buckles, laces, zippers, and snaps, and oh the heels. Those talons reaching ever higher, killer spikes, barely able to balance on, the high heels, and that’s what’s sexy this week.

From a young age, the unbeknownst connoisseur already has a seed that’s been deeply planted into the subconscious mind, it may just be genetics, rooted over time deep within your DNA. Young girls long to run around in Mommy’s shoes dressed as the perfect princess, even the boys are want to try them on!

Gracefully sliding my hand across the glass cabinet, looking for yet another pearl necklace, my memories made me smile as I remembered the perfect one I found last time. Or was it the excellent customer service that also brought on my smile?

That’s right the customer service. I wonder if he is working today?

Daydreaming away I noticed the young sales man staring at me. Not quite embarrassed, I asked the him where the woman’s washroom was. He didn’t give directions, simply said, “just follow me”. His voice was soothing yet strong, and as I looked him over and nodded my head I slowly began to follow. I prefer a man who has little to say and gives me what I want. His voice was just like the salesman at my new favourite shoe store. Now there is man who knows how to put the “S” in Service.

We all have them, and in numerous forms. Be it a love of flowers, cars, jewelry, trips to the gym, food and good wine, bras and panties, or beautiful people, WE ALL HAVE THEM! Obsessions! For some it is a simple infatuation, quickly gotten over in a short time, but for those on the move, doing things with ambition, sometimes a little, or lot of inspiration is what those folks need, a healthy obsession, that’s what sexy this week.

Don’t quite understand? Well let me explain with my healthy obsessions.

As I progress through life and age, although I prefer to use the term “mature” because I believe we are all continually doing so, and I hate the word aging, I am striving to continually to perfect or modify myself for good health and longevity. What do I do? One of the things I do is go to the gym 6-7 days a week, of what is soon to be a year long test of myself after a nearly 2 year hiatus.
