As of late, one of the things I’ve been focusing on at the gym is my legs, thighs, and well, my ASS! I’ve always been athletic but for those periods I’ve not been at the gym and then find myself in the difficult situation of forcing myself to venture back to the gym, the routine of exercising quickly comes back, being disciplined to do so, the exhilaration of the results and maintenance, and yes thank you muscle memory!
Squats, leg lifts, use on the machines, free weights, and the bar, all help to build the muscles in the back of the legs, and lower back thus lifting the ass into a nice full, round shape. A tight, firm, (more…)
