It is the accessory that adorns our heads, and for those of us that have it, we’ve spent, by the times our lives on this plane have fizzled out, thousands of dollars washing, conditioning, cutting, chemically treating, and styling it. Our hair. The crowning glory for many, century after century the first thing noticed on a person before a wardrobe, and hygiene. Shiny, lustrous, healthy hair, styled to perfection always garners the attention of the passing admirer, but a head of hair tousled to extremes fresh from a bedroom romp alway gets the double take and that’s what’s sexy this week.

Hair that begins as a work of art from the ritual of a 15 to 20 minute prep, ready for the world reveal, a part of daily life, quickly settles as the elements of the day permeate every strand weighing it down, dulling it’s sheen. The long appendages attached to our lower pelvis enabling us to get from point A to point B, or so the design goes. Legs in all lengths, shapes, sizes, thicknesses. Shapley curved, strong and hard, smooth or hairy. Legs that get worked over hard at the gym, toning and tightening, making muscles bulge, or shrink and flatten out. Luscious legs, that’s what’s sexy this week!

Care of the legs takes on a whole new meaning, a difference seriously visible from men to women. Most women taking great care to make them smooth and shapely, and the men strong and hairy. Shaving, waxing, lasering for the gals, and squats, and leg presses for the guys. (more…)

As of late, one of the things I’ve been focusing on at the gym is my legs, thighs, and well, my ASS! I’ve always been athletic but for those periods I’ve not been at the gym and then find myself in the difficult situation of forcing myself to venture back to the gym, the routine of exercising quickly comes back, being disciplined to do so, the exhilaration of the results and maintenance, and yes thank you muscle memory!

Squats, leg lifts, use on the machines, free weights, and the bar, all help to build the muscles in the back of the legs, and lower back thus lifting the ass into a nice full, round shape. A tight, firm, (more…)

Models of the current fashion runways are younger, paler, harbour a vacant look with eyes that reveal little to no soul, and they are THIN! Unnervingly thin and in sharp contrast to the models that graced the pages of the fashion magazines prior to the mid sixties. It wasn’t an overnight thing but a gradual change that folks have noticed and protested against, only to fall on the deaf ears of fashion’s dictatorial elite.

Board like figures void of any shape and curves do not illicit the desires to touch, hold, and caress, but rather shun and give the urge to buy the girl a box of donuts. Curvy, shapely, healthy bodies do command the touch reflex, and if not to touch, then to look, look long and hard, because curves are what’s sexy this week. (more…)

We all have them, and there is some serious debate as to why men do, since according to science they serve no biological purpose like that of a woman’s. Ask anyone and everyone else outside of the scientific realm and they’ll be sure to tell you a very different story! Aside from supplying newborns with the necessary nutrients for sustaining life, they are loaded with nerves capable of the sensations necessary to amplify a heathy sex life. Nipples, round, nubbly, button like mounds, they are flesh, and super SEXY THIS WEEK.

Beyond the biological aspect these love buttons provide all sexes with the pleasure that is a direct connection to the genitals of the nether region. Men are forever under pressure to be the strong ones, never to show emotion, express their true feelings, talk their true feelings, or cry, and certainly not in public! This makes it difficult for those that are in a relationship with these men, whether it be friends or deeper to have them be expressive. Pent-up emotions create a multitude of stressful situations for both parties, and that’s just not fair. We as human beings need to talk and show emotion, that’s what makes us human, and social. Living in Vancouver affords a few luxuries some would take for granted within the geography that surrounds us here. Vancouver is beautifully nestled amid the mountains, and opens majestically on to the beautiful waters of the Burrard Inlet where welcome breezes gently blow in off the chilled waters to cool overheated bodies. Bodies that eagerly made their way to the shoreline to lay out on the sand amongst other like minded individuals who sprawl atop colourful towels of all shapes and sizes. I love my collection of high cut lace g-string panties, in colours of the rainbow, panties that when worn, cover the flesh between my legs to spring forth from the top cleft of my bum to blossom out, up over my hips higher to my waist. Only to gently grip me, and travel back down to my pubis and again cover my flesh of my lower anatomy with artful perfection. Yes I am a little conceited about that, but damn it all looks good!

Mornings spent getting ready in the ever increasing heat of the summer isn’t always pleasant, nor sexy! By the time I’ve hit the gym, breakfast is had, I’ve shit, showered, and shaved with hair and make-up done, getting dressed is sometimes the last thing on my mind.

I live in Vancouver! It has milder weather than the rest of this big beautiful country I call my home, Canada. With that comes the rain, rain that keeps the grass green, the trees lush, the flowers in full bloom, and even tops up the water sheds that provide most folks in the lower mainland with one of the life giving nutrients most creatures on this planet need. However, it doesn’t rain as much as everyone else seems to think it does, but when it does, it’s a welcome change to the seasons we experience here in Vancouver, one that is warmly welcomed, and its the rain that’s sexy this week.

Watching the darkened clouds billow in over the city skyline gearing up for a release of always fresh smelling, cooly tingling drops of rain is always exciting. A sight packed with as much emotion as the blanket of fog that gently unfurls itself over the city moving eastward from the harbour inland through the downtown streets onward to the pathways of the parks. Aside from the hair on your head, one of the first things we notice about a person is their smile and the set of teeth to back that smile up. Bright pearly whites, and I stress pearly, cause real teeth aren’t white but more a beautiful pearlescent, clean teeth that are a good indicator of the rest of an individual’s personal hygiene. Oral hygiene in the form of clean healthy teeth and a lovely smelling breath, that’s WHAT”S SEXY THIS WEEK!
