Cuddle; to hold (someone or something) in your arms in order to show affection for prolonged periods. Some would argue that it is generally done while laying down, before, or after sexual activity. Regardless of what your definition is, all agree that a good cuddle is a great form of stress release enjoyed by all including the roughest, and toughest on the block. To open up emotionally and unfold those arms to wrap tightly around someone else or your favourite teddy bear squeezing tight, that’s what’s sexy this week.

I’ve done a lot of things in my life, all because I wanted to!

My choice of schooling, occupations, travel, they way I look and dress, surgeries, cosmetic procedures, basically everything, to be, me. However along the way a few things I found challenging aside from my honesty, were my early days of nude modelling. No I am not talking sex related or other, but for art’s sake, things like photography, life drawing , sculpture class, and character design for video games.

Coming back from SRS in England didn’t mean that I was ready to simply dive right in. It took time, a lot of time, and for those that know me, it was easier to hide behind the fetish clothes and slink out into the night of the local club scene all sexed up. (more…)

It is the accessory that adorns our heads, and for those of us that have it, we’ve spent, by the times our lives on this plane have fizzled out, thousands of dollars washing, conditioning, cutting, chemically treating, and styling it. Our hair. The crowning glory for many, century after century the first thing noticed on a person before a wardrobe, and hygiene. Shiny, lustrous, healthy hair, styled to perfection always garners the attention of the passing admirer, but a head of hair tousled to extremes fresh from a bedroom romp alway gets the double take and that’s what’s sexy this week.

Hair that begins as a work of art from the ritual of a 15 to 20 minute prep, ready for the world reveal, a part of daily life, quickly settles as the elements of the day permeate every strand weighing it down, dulling it’s sheen. Hair that with a quick freshen, is ready for an evening of play, an evening on the town, some wining, dining, and dancing, or just a business meeting. (more…)

Now that cell phones are, for the most part, a worldwide device, communication has gotten just that much easier. In the early days of the phone there was a combination of letters and numbers used to identify where your call was to be directed after calling in to an operator. The movie, Butterfield 8, with Elizabeth Taylor exemplified that ever so perfectly, a film I highly recommend!

Beyond all that dialling, pressing buttons with numbers on them is texting. The not so new method of communication. Texting, the pressing of buttons with letters on them, we all know what it is, and do it religiously. Although first designed to be used for another reason, it morphed into a form of communication the inventors never intended to be used the way it is today, for SEXXXTING! (my spelling and I am sticking to it!!) What older folk called phone sex, only sexxxting leaves little to the imagination. (more…)

The long appendages attached to our lower pelvis enabling us to get from point A to point B, or so the design goes. Legs in all lengths, shapes, sizes, thicknesses. Shapley curved, strong and hard, smooth or hairy. Legs that get worked over hard at the gym, toning and tightening, making muscles bulge, or shrink and flatten out. Luscious legs, that’s what’s sexy this week!

Care of the legs takes on a whole new meaning, a difference seriously visible from men to women. Most women taking great care to make them smooth and shapely, and the men strong and hairy. Shaving, waxing, lasering for the gals, and squats, and leg presses for the guys. (more…)

When Playboy first hit the stands in 1953 with Marilyn Monroe as it’s cover star, it was deemed as racy, sexist, in poor taste, and an instant hit! Inside were not only ads, opinions, and articles, but photo spreads. Beautiful, art directed productions in vivid colour, exquisitely set decked, perfect hair and make-up, and tastefully presented. Such was the style of the day in all “men’s” magazines, art, photography, and pretty much all depictions of female nudity and sensuality.

Pin-ups were all over the place, and long before Playboy, in the form of artist renderings and photos created mostly for the troops abroad fighting for our rights and freedoms. From NSWP member, Triple X reporting on the Red Umbrella March held in Vancouver on the 14th of June in protest of the new regressive Canadian legislation on sex work being proposed. Triple X also developed a leaflet for the march entitled: ‘Why Sex Work Should Not Be A Crime’ which you can download here.
